Shipping and Returns

  • Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After this, your package will be shipped via the delivery method you selected at checkout. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

  • UK standard delivery typically takes 5–10 working days after dispatch. Express options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on your location, but you will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Yes, NolaHair ships worldwide. Please note that international shipping costs and delivery times will vary. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.

  • We accept return requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A small fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. For mot info visit our Returns page.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Custom wigs or products with personalised options

    • Add-on services such as "Create Your Own Wig"

    • Used or altered hair products

    • Items where the lace has been cut, bleached, or tampered with

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped as planned. If you'd like to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via the site chat or email.

  • We're so sorry! We handle all of our products with care but if there is any damage to your product please reach out immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, along with photos of the damage, and we’ll make things right within 30 days.

Orders and Payments

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also check out securely using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay (subject to eligibility).

  • No, we currently do not offer flexible payment options through Klarna or Clearpay. Simply select your preferred provider at checkout.

  • Unfortunately, if you need to make any changes to your order (such as item, size, or shipping address),we would be unable to do this. We process orders quickly, so please make sure you have the correct items in your basket before an order has been confirmed.

  • We understand plans change. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation. However, once an order has been prepared for dispatch, it cannot be canceled. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • If your payment didn't go through, please double-check your card details or try a different method. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly.
