Due to the nature of our products, particularly hair extensions and wigs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the hygiene seal has been broken, or the packaging has been opened. This is to maintain safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your email should include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.

We do not offer refunds or compensation for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities, unless otherwise required by law. All return tickets will be closed within 30 days.
